Our role:

Client Technical Advisor, we acted as a go-between for client end users and the project delivery team

The key objective was to:

• ensure the original project brief was robust and met the needs of a wide range of stakeholders;
• put suitable processes in place and work to best deliver the requirements of the project; troubleshooting any project-related issues and providing a strategic level of guidance to the client;
• ultimately act as the client’s ‘trusted advisor’ in all matters.

Key Achievements:

We delivered the multi-departmental stakeholder engagement process for the project, involving three rounds of consultation, validation workshops with 17 groups, and centrally tracking all actions, decisions, and items for further investigation
