Our role:

Project management services to reconfigure and refurbish large areas within the Grade II listed HQ of the Church of England.

The key objective was to:

Consolidate Corporation activities into refurbished areas of the building and free up office floor space to rent to third party organisations.

Key Achievements:

• Achieving a successful planning submission with minimal conditions, borne out of rigorous stakeholder consultation and engagement
• Keeping all other functions of the Church House (including its corporate event offering) live during the works.
