Every building should enable the people and the business activities to perform in their most productive way. This has been my desire since graduating with a civil engineering degree and an MBA from Imperial and working in the built environment for nearly forty years. I co-founded Evolve PPM to create a consultancy that delivers the environment to maximise the opportunities for all organisations to achieve this aim.
Fiona has a background in public policy and then change management in the built environment. Her focus is ensuring the people who will use a space are fully engaged in its design and committed to its use. Recent projects include local authorities, police forces, financial and media institutions.
Colin studied at University College London and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990. After his time at PwC he became the deputy chief of operational review at Lonrho plc, then an entrepreneurial collection of over 750 mainly small businesses. He continued to work as both a finance and an integration director in a number of companies in the property consultancy and hospitality sectors. Later establishing his own business advisory practice. Outside work Colin enjoys rugby, travel and cutting the lawn!
